I’ve hardly blogged! Soo busy with making pretty things to be ready for multiple things coming up. Oy >.<

I’ll be in Vegas this upcoming week with the Missconstrued Team for the WWD Magic Convention (not for magic shows guys -___- its a fashion convention, lol!). This will be my second MagicCon with Missconstrued and I am beyond excited! Hopefully I can finish up some pieces before I go, I wanna rock my designs this time :) I’ll post pictures + videos of our adventure.

Tonight I will be shooting with Missconstrued Boutique for our Hello Kitty Event (this Saturday @ Bloom Gallery). I need to finish these fascinators for it so I better finish up before I have to start getting ready. Later! :)

It’s a cold, dark world out there; full of hungry, beastly savages. They only want one thing and one thing only. They thirst for your drive, that griping passion. Everything you’ve lived for is now being tested, tasted and taken away. What’s divided you before has now diminished into the muggy air we breathe, exposing your vulnerability to the world.

Naked, stripped down to the bare naturals. The world sits, watches and laughs at the shivering body you claim your own. No soul lives there now, it left you years ago. Left all alone. With just your burning mind that slowly fades away into the darkness. You can’t escape your fate, you can’t prevent the destined. You can’t save anyone, not even yourself.

Kick. Scream. They can’t hear you. Your voice is as loud as a drowning life in an ocean. Muffled and silent all around you. All you can do is softly sink and struggle with your own dying thoughts. Leave behind that old passion. Grow another drive. You know that’s what you do best when times get bad. You turn everything and everyone you love against you. Just so you have an excuse to start new. Destruction. Reconstruction. Build your wall up again. It’s what you do best, you know. Your not fooling anyone, not even yourself. One day the crowd will out think you and someday walk around that wall.

You think your smarter than you really are. Don’t kid yourself. Everyone has to lose it all to understand what living really is. Your just going to learn the hard way. Don’t feel guilty, it’s only the beginning to an end. It’s a cold, dark world out there. Remember that.

Fool me once. Foolish to let you invade my life. To let your words trample me hard into the ground, with no remorse. Wronged by my own mind; my asylum is now corrupted. Where do you go when your only safe place is damaged? I never knew that I could be so callow; your perpetual strings of lies lead me into that direction. I’ll admit, I enjoyed the sedation but like all narcotics, it was only temporary. I was in complete ecstasy when I avoided the facts, they only got in the way of my elation.

Shame on you. You could at least confront your flaws in a righteous way. Even though it hurts; it has to be done. You never understood the simple truths I gave you. In every case, I can never be right. In your startling, cold, brown eyes; I am nothing. I am powerless to you, I always gave in so easily. Degrading yourself never felt so guilt-free. You say I’m your first, that special number one. But why does it feel like last? I’m running a race up a blind alley. I finally took myself out of your game. Or so I thought.

Fool me twice (or more). Crawling to my feet, you begged for my return; give it another try. For a change, I struck a firm knife of rejection into your chest. I reign of empowerment, over the one who once conquered everything I felt and had. I never knew vengeance tasted as sweet as chalk. When I felt the wind of regret behind me, I quickly dethroned myself of superiority. Giving into you, once again. Why didn’t I just listen to the wise little birdie on my shoulder? I shrugged him off quicker than you can imagine. Now he’s flown away, never to appear again. For a moment, I thought about the possible outcomes of disappointment. I almost took it into consideration.

Shame on me. But like a cretin, I came back to you. To my surprise, you already had another. Hand in hand with my replacement. How quick you were to find joy with someone else is what killed me the most. You left me with a bitter pill to swallow and no water to help it go down. I’m forever impaired but will take the scar as a helpful reminder for the future. Remember, you let the string go this time, to float freely away into the world. It will no longer be within reach, to guide you to that gentle happiness you’ve once shared with it. Who’s the foolish one now?
